This is a game that has taken over everyone’s minds and phones. The quality of graphics and gameplay in PUBG Mobile is great, though you need to be online to play. From running around picking up guns, ammunition, and medicine while dodging enemies – it gives a lot of action in small time. The game also comes with an inventory system where you can customize your character. And to make it more interesting, there are vehicles that let you travel faster across islands but beware because these make a lot of noise which might attract enemies! It’s fun when your team wins but lose just make you want to pull out all your hair. Highly recommend for players who like first-person shooting games with complex moves.
Real Racing 3
There’s nothing more satisfying than burning around a track, brake-screeching through turns at speeds you never thought possible in a video game. Real Racing 3 offers console-level graphics and virtual cars for your pleasure—and some of them are cooler than anything you’ll find in your neighborhood car dealership. The game works with touchscreen controls or a Bluetooth controller, and it's free to play. Even better? You can win prizes on race days that let you drive new cars or sell them for big bucks.
Asphalt 8
Airborne - Racing games often have a steep learning curve, but Asphalt 8: Airborne is forgiving enough to accommodate both newbies and veterans. In short, if you're after a racing game that plays like Mario Kart, but with real cars and good graphics, there's no better option on mobile than Asphalt 8.
SimCity BuildIt
Welcome to SimCity BuildIt, where you’ll need to develop your own city from a small town into a bustling metropolis. To do so, you’ll need to build up residential zones and link them with commercial and industrial areas. You can get additional cash for your city by building parks and landmarks that attract tourists. As you grow more successful, you can upgrade residential zones into commercial or industrial ones, or add on new branches of existing services such as police stations or hospitals. It takes time to reach all these milestones but if you manage your city well, it’s possible!
Five Nights at Freddy's
The first Five Nights at Freddy's game was a surprise hit for indie developer Scott Cawthon. The freaky, horror-themed game is reminiscent of early ‘90s PC point-and-click games that scared you with stuff coming out from under your bed. However, unlike classic point-and-click games, Five Nights at Freddy's relies on jump scares and character design to unnerve players rather than cryptic puzzles. Over its lifetime, FNAF spawned a couple spinoffs—including one in VR—plus a surprisingly popular movie adaptation. Even after four titles in three years, FNAF remains beloved among fans and critics alike and helped kickstart an entire genre of mobile horror games over 2015/2016.
Hearthstone
Blizzard's turn-based strategy card game, Hearthstone is a great way to exercise your brain and have fun doing it. More people are playing in their phones than on their PC so you don't need to worry about upgrading your computer. That said, Hearthstone can be very technical, so I'd recommend watching some play on YouTube or Twitch to get an idea of how its played before jumping in with both feet. Fallout Shelter
Sometimes you need to take a break from games like Fortnite or PUBG Mobile, and get lost in an entirely different universe. Fallout Shelter gives players a glimpse into what life might be like as a vault dweller in a dystopian future, though it does lack some of the features seen in Bethesda’s Fallout 4. If you’re an RPG fan, then you may want to try out classics like Final Fantasy or Chrono Trigger instead. Shadow Fight Arena
You haven’t had a good fighting game on your mobile phone until you’ve played Shadow Fight Arena. The production values are incredible, and though there is an energy component to upgrade your characters, it doesn’t interfere with simply playing. The combat is fast and brutal, with a variety of weapons at your disposal—swords, hammers, daggers and more. You can unlock new moves as you play but if you want to power up even faster then it will cost some cold hard cash. Still for what you get, it is worth it to get that extra edge on your opponents or just see all there is in store from EA Game’s popular mobile title.
CSR Racing 2
This is a racing game that has been around for a while. The company, NaturalMotion has since merged with Zynga (the creators of Farmville). A lot of people love CSR Racing 2 because it keeps you coming back again and again to win races, get new cars, upgrade your car to win even more. This is definitely one of my favorite android games and I’ve spent many hours playing it on my phone or tablet. It’s free to download and play, but there are in-app purchases for gems which you can use to buy upgrades for your cars.
Reigns
A light-hearted and whimsical game, Reigns tasks you with ruling your kingdom as one of a variety of kings, queens, or princes. Using simple swipe controls, you’ll make decisions that affect your relationship with various factions in your realm and earn you gold to spend on improving your castle or purchasing new cards to use in battle. This combination makes it easy to pick up and play for quick sessions when you only have a minute but also has a surprisingly good amount of depth and replayability if you want to spend more time with it. It’s great for long plane rides or moments when waiting in line at Disneyland (if I may be so bold).
